个人简介:崔方超,博士,教授,渤海大学食品科学与工程神殿娱乐 副院长,入选辽宁省“兴辽英才计划”青年拔尖人才、2025全球前2%顶尖科学家,是江南大学&美国马萨诸塞大学阿默斯特分校国家公派联合培养博士、大连理工大学&大连医诺生物股份有限公司联合培养博士后。

主要从事果蔬、水产品贮藏加工及营养成分挖掘方面的研究工作。主持“十四五”国家重点研发计划子课题等国家级、省部级及企业委托项目10余项。以第一/通讯作者发表SCI论文40篇(其中中科院大类一区Top期刊34篇,单篇IF大于201篇,大于155篇,ESI高被引论文4篇),EI论文14篇;授权国家发明专利18件,副主编教材1部。获辽宁省科技进步一等奖、全国商业科技进步特等奖、辽宁省优秀研究生导师团队、辽宁省优秀硕士学位论文指导教师。

兼任中国食品科学技术学会第四届青年委员会委员、中国农学会农产品贮藏加工分会第五届委员会委员、全国高校黄大年式教师团队核心成员、中国轻工业海水鱼加工重点实验室副主任、中国农技协科技小院首席专家、山东省泰山产业创新领军人才项目核心成员,《Foods》客座编辑,《Journal of Future Foods》《Food Medicine Homology》《食品工业科技》《食品科学技术学报》《现代食品科技》《包装工程》《食品研究与开发》《肉类研究》等杂志青年编委,《Trends in Food Science & Technology》《Chemical Engineering Journal》等期刊审稿人。
